Someone from work posted a link to a story about the whole lolcat phenomenon. The story lead me to I CAN HAS CHEEZBURGER, a site with tons of lolcat content.

To quickly fill you in, lolcat are images combined with witty captions. You can learn about the background through this article.

You can never underestimate the creativity of content creators who are eager to be heard. These images are mostly carefully composed to tell a quick joke. Some of them are caught in the moment, and the others manually arranged. Once again, good content gets viral.
